SERVING THE PEOPLE
We are a professional association of more than 300 consultants and residents of anaesthesiology, reanimatology and perioperative intensive medicine in Slovenia.
Our main task is a continuous professional development of our members as well as development of our medical fields. We also participate in the development of safe standards of care in anaesthesia, pain management and intensive medicine.
One of the key activities of SSAIM is raising awareness of what the anaesthesiologists, intensivists and pain management physicians do.
We are members of Slovenian Medical Association, European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care, World Federation of Societies of Anaesthesiologists, World Federation of Intensive and Critical Care and European Board of Anaesthesiology.
